Why It Is a Range
What Moves the Price
Two rooms the same size can cost very different amounts. These are the choices that make the difference.
Kitchens
Cabinets drive most of the cost: refaced, semi-custom or built for the room. Moving the sink, range or gas line adds plumbing and electrical work. Slab stone counters cost more than quartz.
Bathrooms
Moving the toilet, vanity or shower means new plumbing. A larger shower, frameless glass and a curbless floor add cost. So does large-format tile across more of the room.
Tub-to-Shower
Keeping the old tub footprint and drain is the simplest job. Growing the shower, moving valves, or going curbless with stone walls moves it up a tier.

Cost Calculator Questions
Is this a quote?
No. It is a realistic range based on the projects we build in Palm Beach County. Your fixed price comes in writing after a free in-home estimate, once we have measured the room and talked through your choices.
Why do you show a range instead of one number?
Because the same room can be finished many ways. Cabinets, tile, glass, stone and any plumbing moves set where your project falls. The range shows where most projects like yours land.
Do I have to give my email to see the price?
No. The range shows as soon as you answer the questions. If you want a fixed price, you can request a free in-home estimate and your answers go with the request.
What about permits?
We handle the permitting process. Permit needs depend on the scope and the city, and we cover them at the in-home estimate.
Does a condo cost more?
Yes, usually about 10 percent more. Condo work needs sound-dampening underlay, insurance certificates for the association, protection for hallways and elevators, and set work hours. The calculator adds this when you tick the condo box.
