Do I need to know exactly what I want first?
No. Most homeowners start with a rough idea and a room that is not working. Design guidance is part of what we do, so bringing questions is normal and useful.
How long does the visit take?
Usually under an hour. We measure the space, talk through what you want to change, and note anything that affects scope such as plumbing runs, layout changes, or building and HOA requirements.
